Partner Visa Subclass 820/801 (Onshore)

The Partner Visa Subclass 820/801 is a two stage visa appeal that allows de facto partners or spouses of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to permanently live in Australia. For this visa, you need to apply for the Partner Visa (Temporary) under Subclass 820 and Partner Visa (Permanent) under Subclass 801 visa at the same time.
